Super intelligence · taking shape

Every investment in road maintenance: backed by evidence, on the record, with results to show.

From the repair plan and the choice of materials to on-site guidance and acceptance support, we provide AI-assisted technical service across a road maintenance project. We are also linking the records of funding, materials, process and quality, step by step, into one trail you can trace back.

Built around the project. Decisions backed by evidence. Delivery through collaboration.

How well a road was repaired should not rest on one final report. Why this plan was chosen, where the materials went, and what the money delivered should all be on the record.

The problems we work on

The four hardest things to account for in a maintenance project.

  1. 01

    Plan

With several quotes on the table, how do you compare them?

Price is only part of it. Which road conditions does each plan suit, what performance should it reach, what resources does it need, and what does it mean for later maintenance? We compare plans, materials and site conditions within one project, so the reasons for a choice can be explained and looked up later.

    • Plan comparison
    • Reasons on record
  2. 02

    Materials

It passed in the lab. Will it hold up on the road?

Several steps lie between raw material prices, lab results and performance on site. We look at composition, batch, process and conditions of use, arrange testing and matching, help the project choose proven materials, and follow how they actually perform on the road.

    • Testing
    • Matching
    • Follow-up in service
  3. 03

    Coordination

The plan is set. Who picks it up on site?

Materials, equipment, crews and work steps have to line up. When a technical plan is not turned into concrete site tasks, the result is drift, waiting and rework. We support delivery with on-site guidance and process monitoring, and are working towards more systematic task breakdown and resource coordination.

    • On-site guidance
    • Process monitoring
  4. 04

    Evidence

Where did the money go, and what did it deliver?

A budget total or a final report cannot show where materials were used, why a change was made, or what each payment delivered. Our aim is to link budget, purchasing, batches, site records, testing and payments, so that authorised parties can verify them.

    • Linked records
    • Authorised verification
    • In development

Completion is not the end of verification. Linking materials and construction to how the road performs afterwards gives the next decision a fuller basis. The scope and period of follow-up are agreed per service.

Solutions

What we do today, and what we are building.

We keep what is already on offer separate from what is still being built, so you can tell what we can work on together today.

  1. Available now

AI-assisted technical service for road maintenance

For a specific project, we provide the repair plan, on-site guidance, process monitoring and acceptance support. The scope is set by road conditions, project goals and the contract.

  2. Available now

    Material supply

Some materials are available for supply, provided as a project needs them, with their conditions of use and test basis stated.

    This is where we are

  3. In development

    Project collaboration and transparent management

The aim is to link project goals, budget, resources, contracts, material batches, work records, testing and payments, so that each party can collaborate and verify within its own permissions. Features will be released in stages.

  4. Being validated

    Technical products and licensing

Methods, software and technology proven on projects are packaged for delivery, with their conditions of use, version and support stated, to be carried out by qualified partner companies. Whether this can be repeated reliably has to be shown by partners' actual delivery.

Project process

How a project moves from brief to acceptance.

  1. 01

    Define the brief

Understand road conditions, use, budget, schedule and acceptance targets.

  2. 02

    Draw up the plan

Compare suitable materials, methods, resource needs and the basis for costs.

  3. 03

    Organise delivery

Agree who handles supply, construction, testing and technical support.

  4. 04

    Support the work

Give on-site guidance and record key steps and site changes.

  5. 05

    Handle exceptions

Spot deviations and have a named person check, resolve and review them.

  6. 06

    Support acceptance

Link the evidence from materials, construction and testing to support acceptance by the agreed party.

  7. 07

    Keep the feedback going

Follow road performance as agreed, as a reference for later maintenance.

This is the service process. It does not mean every step is automated by software already in service. The duties of production, construction, testing and acceptance are set by contract; coordinating a project is not the same as contracting for all of the works.

Partnerships

What each party brings, and what each gets.

A maintenance project takes many hands. Here are the four most common kinds of partner; the rest are on the partnerships page.

  • Road owners, operators and maintenance authorities

    You bring
The project need, road information, goals and budget.
    You get
Through plan comparison, construction support and records of results, a clearer view of how to repair, why that way, and what the investment delivered.
    Submit a project
  • Material companies, raw material suppliers and mixing plants

    You bring
Raw materials, production lines, supply and quality management.
    You get
Through testing, material matching, process support and feedback from use, the right products and projects. When developing road materials from local industrial resources, we work out together the full cost of performance, pre-treatment, transport and quality control.

Partnership is not a guarantee of orders, and not every industrial by-product is suitable for roads.

    Share material or capacity details
  • Construction and maintenance contractors

    You bring
    Equipment, crews and on-site delivery.
    You get
Clearer process requirements, on-site guidance, feedback during the work and training, with fewer avoidable deviations and steadier delivery.

Revenue and margin match the actual contribution and are set by quotation and contract.

    Discuss delivery
  • Testing, supervision and specialist technical bodies

    You bring
Testing, site checks and professional review.
    You get
A clearer match between project, batch and location of work, which makes evidence easier to compile and to look up.

Platform analysis and independent verification are presented separately.

Transparency · in development

Spending you can check. Decisions you can explain. Results you can verify.

We want every project to be able to answer these questions: where the money comes from and what it is meant for; why this plan and these resources were chosen; who is responsible for the work; how much was actually spent; what testing and delivery showed; and how deviations were handled.

The record trail

  1. Source and purpose of funds
  2. Budget and targets
  3. Plan and reasons for the choice
  4. Contracts and tasks
  5. Materials, people and equipment used
  6. Payment records
  7. Testing and acceptance
  8. Later performance and explanation of deviations
  • Recorded separately

Budget and actual, forecast and measured, claimed and verified are each recorded on their own, never merged.

  • AI assists, no more

AI helps to organise, compare and flag anomalies. Quantities and amounts are checked against explicit rules. The final judgement goes back to original documents, measured data and professional review.

  • We are included

Our own fees, our supply and the judgements AI produces can be verified in the same way.

Transparency means authorised parties can trace the basis and verify the results. It does not mean making commercial data public. The system is being built, and features will be released in stages.

Roadmap

Towards super intelligence, one level at a time.

Super intelligence won't appear overnight. It grows, one level at a time. The first two levels are live on Asphalt.AI; the rest are still taking shape.

  1. L1

  2. L2

    Collaborator

Works alongside engineers and researchers to see a task through from start to finish.

What we are looking into now

Everything below is still being researched or validated. It is here to show direction, not as a service commitment.

  • Small maintenance projects

How small maintenance projects can get suitable materials, a qualified team and a clear record of delivery.

  • People and equipment

Matching crew skills and equipment to project needs more closely, with training built around job requirements.

  • Licensing and new regions

Expanding region by region, including overseas, once qualified partners have shown they can deliver.

  • Repair and assurance

Looking into repair and quality assurance services, built on long-term quality records.

Start with one real project.

Tell us what you have in hand. We will reply with what we can do, and what we can't.
